Patricia Ann Bath Witt, 79, died unexpectedly at her Lafayette residence on Wednesday, July 11, 2018. She was born at Danville, IL, Feb. 17, 1939, the daughter of the late Earl and Elizabeth Scott Bath. She graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1958. Patricia was a nurse's aide at Lafayette Home Hospital for 40 years. She enjoyed sewing and embroidery.

Surviving are two brothers, Patrick Earl (Henrietta) Bath of West Lafayette and George Edward Bath of Lafayette; a niece, Ann Marie Thomas of Baldwin, M; three nephews and five great-nephews. In keeping with her wishes, there will not be any services. Arrangements entrusted to TMG Funeral & Cremation Services.
