Betty was born June 1, 1927 to Herman and Alice (Starbird) Arnold in Manchester. Betty was united in marriage to Ralph Robert Neuhaus on February 11, 1948. Six children were born to this union, Marilyn, Carolyn, Linda, Joyce, Rose, and Ralph Jr.
Betty is survived by three children, Marilyn and Carolyn Neuhaus, and Joyce Johnson; grandchildren, Moe, Randy, Kristine, Rachel, Timmy, Stacy, Ronda and Misti; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Ralph in 2002; daughters, Linda and Rose; son, Ralph Jr.; grandsons, Allen and Michael Chapman; son-in-laws, Gary Johnson and Lester Chapman; and her siblings, Virginia Tonne, Helen Fest, Fred, Walter, Don and Corinne Arnold.
