FORT WORTH - David "Dave" Richard Davidson, 79, passed away on Monday, Oct. 1, 2018, peacefully in Fort Worth.
Dave was born July 13, 1939 in Burrville, Tenn. He grew up in Hammond, Ind., where he attended Hammond Tech High School. He moved to Dallas in 1985.
Dave and Lila were married Feb. 14, 2004 in Hurst. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean war and was the Registrar for the Major Van Zandt SAR Chapter.
Dave was survived by his wife, Lila; sons, Ric and wife, Gina and Rob and wife, Karen; stepsons, Daniel and wife, Kristin and Carl; stepdaughter, Sarah and husband, Ben; sisters, Linda and husband, Duane and Mary; 15 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Dave was loved by so many and will be greatly missed.
