Boston-based architect, in partnership with Daniel Howard Woodbury as Woodbury & Stuart, 1916-1936, specializing in ecclesiastical design. They were the architects for a number of similar stone Methodist churches during this period including Medford (1920), Belmont (1922), Fall River (1923); Newtonville (1924); Milton and Somerville (1925), Clinton and Quincy (1926) and North Adams (1929).
