Jeff Tinsley officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home of Haynesville.
Clarece passed away Thursday, September 27, 2018 in Arcadia, LA.
Visitation will be Saturday, September 29, 2018, 10:00 a.m. until 11: 30 a.m. at the Bailey Funeral Home in Haynesville, LA.
Survivors include her son, Jerry Glen Garrett and wife Donna of Burkeville, TX. her daughter, Judy Garrett Mize and husband Billy of Quitman, LA. five grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and numerous nieces nephews and cousins in Arkansas and Louisiana.
