Mr. Raymond Maxwell, Jr. passed into the heavenly gates Thursday, September 27, 2018 at the age of 79. Those left to cherish his memory are his children, Margaret (Maxwell) Hall and husband Scott, Carla (Maxwell) Price and husband Duane, Josh Maxwell, Jessica Maxwell; grandchildren, Waylon "Buddy Boy" Price, David Scott Hall, Lindsay Janette Hall; brothers, David Maxwell, Paul Maxwell; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Willene (Bell) Maxwell; granddaughter, Casey Marie Price; parents, Raymond Riley, Sr. and Mary Lavelle (Roden) Maxwell; sister, Susan (Maxwell) Giddens; nephew, Mathew Bryan Maxwell.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, September 29, 2018 from 5:00-8:00PM at Edmonds Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 30, 2018 at 2:00PM in North Hodge Assembly of God with Reverends Geary Phillips and Lance Huckaby officiating. Interment will follow in Old Bethel Cemetery near Jonesboro under the direction of Edmonds Funeral Home.
Serving as pallbearers will be; Anthony Giddens, Lance Waldron, Brad Fleming, Jeff Blackstock, Michael McDonald, Chase Bell, Brian Fleming, Jeremy Bell, Waylon Price, and David Hall.
