Mrs. Annie E. Moore, 85, widow of Thomas Moore, former assistant Ogden fire department chief, died Wednesday at five p. m. at the residence of a daughter, Mrs. Albert M. Squires, 2654 Brinker, after a long illness.

Mrs. Moore was born Feb. 14, I860, in Kaysville, a daughter of James and Mary Skeen. On May 7, 1881, she was married in Salt Lake City to Mr. Moore. He died in Ogden on March 19, 1943. She had been a resident of Ogden for the past 54 years. She was a member of the First Baptist church.

Survivors include a son and daughter, Lawrence T Moore, Twin Falls, Ida., and Mrs. Albert M. Squires, Ogden; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. R. C. Cheshire, Salt Lake City.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, one p m., at the mortuary at 3408 Washington, the Rev. William P. Whittemore of the First Baptist church officiating.
