Larry R. Maddox, age 71, of Kennesaw, passed away September 25, 2018 at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. Funeral services were held at the Sosebee Memorial Chapel with Pastor Scott Miller officiating. Interment was in the Holly Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
Larry was a member of First Baptist Church Woodstock. He was a Cobb County Home Builder for many years and retired from the State of Georgia as a Construction Engineer.
He was preceded in death by his parents Lester and Virginia Maddox and sister Linda Densmore. Survivors include his wife of 31 years Anna Killian Maddox; children Larry Joseph Maddox, Traci Lynn Maddox and Graeson E. Maddox (Zoey); stepson Brandon Chase Parker; siblings Lester Maddox, II (Jean) and Virginia “Ginny” Carnes (George); grandchild Jourdan Binger; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
