Burge, Mrs. Frances G., Flint. Formally of Saginaw. Passed away Friday, July 11, 1986, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Flint. Age 77 years. Frances G. King was born Feb. 20, 1909 in Saginaw. She married Clarence Carlton. Later she married Ernest R. Perrigo who proceeded her. Later she married Amos Burge who passed away in 1983. She was a member of St. Leo's Catholic Church, Flint. She was a hair-dresser for many years owning her own shop, Francine's Beauty Salon of Flint. Surviving are two sons and their wives, Ronald C. and Ruth Carlton, Robert E. and Shirley J. Carlton, all of Flint; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Ivah Christensen and Doris Kolarovic, both of Saginaw; many nieces and nephews. Four brothers and two sisters proceeded her.
Funeral service will take place 9:30 a.m. Monday at the W. L. Case & Company Funeral Directors, 409 Adams St., 10:00 a.m. at St. Andrew's Catholic Church. Rev. Thomas McNamara will officiate with burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel, 409 Adams St. from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Saturday and 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Sunday to pray the Rosary. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider the American Heart Association.
