Memorial: 2 p.m. June 4 at Adams Funeral Home, Nixa. James Keith Taylor, 76, of Highlandville, died May 30, 2015. He was born Nov. 13, 1938, in Springfield, the son of Emerson E. and Mary Jeanette (Funke) Taylor. On March 1, 1968 James was united in marriage to Claudetta Moore. Survivors include his wife, Claudetta, of Highlandville; five children, Jimmy Taylor and fiancé Holly Caldwell, Ozark, Kathy and Russell Stewart, Spokane, Kim and Ernie Young, Scottsdale, AZ, Nicole and Jason Waters, Independence, and Bobby Taylor and fiancé April Conley, Nixa; two brothers, Bill Taylor, Waynesville and Bob Taylor and wife Jennifer, Ozark; a step sister, Sally Pierce, Cape Girardeau; and three grandchildren, Weston Stewart, Jessica Stewart and Alex Waters; five step-grandchildren, Erica Caldwell, Colton Caldwell, Aubrey Young, Miranda Young and Eli Young. James was preceded in death by his parents.
