Amos LeVoir Dowdle, 59, 2652 S. 20th East, died of a heart attack April 8 in a Salt Lake hospital. Born Jan. 15, 1908, Newton, Cache County, to Robert Amos and Mary Ann Larsen Dowdle. Married Naomi Cantwell, Oct. 1, 1930, Logan LDS Temple. Active member LDS Church. Past president, North Cache PTA Council. Farmer. Employee Utah State Road Commission. Bish's Sheet Metal Co. Purchasing agent. Survivors: widow; sons, daughters; 8 grandchildren; sisters, Mrs. T. R. (DeFonda) Collier, Provo; Mrs. T. R. (Verda) Horne, Fairhope, Ala.; Mrs. W. W.
