Lurene Rexroad Culler Pullen, 81, of Midwest City, passed away May 8, 2007. She was born April 24, 1926 to Olis and Vida (Layfield ) Rexroad in Wewoka, OK. Lurene worked as a floral designer for Penny and Irene's Flower Shop for many years. She was a woman with an amazing mind and strength of will that served her well for her entire life. Her passions were cooking, reading, bowling, watching tennis, and her family. She is survived by husband Larry Pullen; daughters: Terri (Kent) Britton of Cortez, CO, Karen (Robert) Hodgson of N. Richland Hills, TX, Theresa (Paul) Andrews of Groveland, CA; sons: Richard (Barbara) Culler of Moore, OK, Larry Pullen of Sam's Point, OK, and Steve Pullen of Groveland, CA; 8 grandchildren: Jessica Culler, Jacqueline Culler, Rebecca (Dan) Britton Lew, Carolyn Britton, Benjamin Britton, Christopher Hodgson, Nicholas Hodgson, and Sherard Andrews; and a brother, Wallace Rexroad. Lurene was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Carl W. 'Bill' Culler; 2 grandchildren: Joshua and Rachel Britton; and stepson, Gene Michael Pullen. A Memorial service will be held 10:00 am Sat., May 12, 2007 at Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel.
