Margaret DeLuca of Waco went to be with the Lord Wednesday, May 9, 2007, at her residence. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday, May 14, at St. Louis Catholic Church with the Father David Liebham officiating with burial to follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, May 13, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey.

Margaret was born in Chilton, Texas, to the late Fred and Annie Tull. She graduated from Waco Beauty School and was a beautician and salon owner in Waco until 1999. Margaret married R. C. "Bo" DeLuca in 1942. She was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church in Waco. Margaret brought a spirit of energy and joy to all of her favorite things in life: doting on her children, gatherings with her huge family of 12 brothers and sisters, being with all her friends and customers at the salon, Christmas with at least three trees in the house, growing beautiful Irises, Baby Doll roses and a few garden vegetables, trips to Arkansas, New Mexico and Louisiana for the thoroughbred horse races, and dancing with her husband at Geneva Hall. She will be remembered lovingly by all who knew her.

Preceding her in death was her husband in 1996; three sisters; and two brothers.

She is survived by her daughter, Diane DeLuca; son, Jim Deluca and wife, Maury of Austin; sisters, Mildred Airehart, Zena Greaser and Betty Bethke, all of Waco; and brothers, Tom Tull of China Spring, Paul Tull of Aquilla and L. D. Tull of Waco.
