Mrs. Dunman was born to the late Isadora (Harris) and Thomas Emanuel Hollingsworth. She died in a local hospital. She had resided in Lufkin most of her life. She worked for the State of Texas Welfare Department and East Texas Monument, for over 25 years combined. Mrs. Dunman was a member of the Lufkin Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. She was always active in the PTA and was a faithful room mother when her children were in school. Mrs. Dunman whole heartedly supported her grandchildren in all their activities. She was a Lector at St. Patrick Catholic Church, a Eucharistic Minister, R.C.I.A. Sponsor, and a member of the church choir.
Survivors include her husband, Arthur; son, David Dunman; daughters and sons-in-law, Debra and Steve Thornton, Deidre and Stephen Casper; several grandchildren and spouses;; 1 great-grandson; brother and sister-in-law, John Burvin and Wildarene (Lane) Hollingsworth; numerous nieces, nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Isadora (Harris) and Thomas Emanuel Hollingsworth; sister and brother-in-law, Eula Mae (Hollingsworth) and Ruben Earl Gumm; brothers and sisters-in-law, Leon and Cora Faye (Ferguson) Hollingsworth, Elton and Billie Jean (Burch) Hollingsworth, Vernon and Faye (Boykin) Hollingsworth; and grandparents, John and Mahala (Cryer) Hollingsworth, John and Melvina (Page) Harris.
