Life Legacy

Glenda Sue Spangler Fulton 65 of Emmet, Ark entered Heaven’s Pearly Gates on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 in Texarkana, Texas after a 12-year battle with cancer.
Glenda was born July 1, 1953 in Paris, Texas to Martha Jo Spangler. Glenda was raised by her loving and devoted Grandmother, Ora Elizabeth Gamble Spangler. She was a graduate of North Lamar High School in 1971 and married Jimpsey (Jim) Cunny in 1971. From this union was born two children, Lavana Ann Cunny and Jeffrey Dean Cunny. In 1976, Glenda met the love of her life Jerry Lynn Fulton. Glenda loved her Lord and was a faithful member of New Liberty Missionary Baptist Church. Glenda also served many years on the School Board at Emmet.
Whether it was Glenda’s first job at Char Coal Burger in Paris or her last job at the Hempstead County shop, she always brought joy and laughter to all of her coworkers, customers, and anyone that came into her life.
Glenda loved hanging out with her bestie, Linda Walters and enjoyed all of their adventures together. She loved all of her best friends; there are too many to name because she never met a stranger. Glenda was always the life of the party with an infectious laugh and humor you couldn’t help but love.
Glenda’s greatest times were those spent with her family. One nephew recently commented “You knew with Aunt Glenda around there would never be a dull moment”.
