Mrs. Curless was born Dec. 24, 1901, in Adams County, a daughter of John and Lillian Fuller Allen. She was married April 1, 1940, in Palmyra, Mo., to Ruben Curless. He died in February 1977.
Mrs. Curless was a Catholic and had worked at St. Vincent's Home now Lincoln Hill, for many years.
Survivors include a grandson, Michael Lenane of Quincy, two nieces and one nephew. She was preceded in death by a son, James T. Lenane, a brother and a sister.
Graveside services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday at Calvary Cemetery by the Rev. John Beveridge.
Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice. Arrangements are being handled by Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home.
