Jennie was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and held many positions in each of the auxiliaries. She especially enjoyed quilting, dramatic presentations, musicals, and gardening. She was an active participant in the D.U.P. Mountainville Camp. She authored several books including "Alpine Yesterdays". Under the direction of Wendall J. Ashton Jennie established a church-wide library system.
Jennie is survived by a son, Jack LaDell Wild, of Tuscon, Arizona, a daughter, Ada Mae (Jay) Bennett, of Alpine; eight grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren; and a brother, John Q. (Bertha) Adams, of Alpine.
Funeral Services will be Wednesday, May 30 at 11 a.m. in the Alpine Mountainville Chapel, 165 N. 100 East. Friends may call Tuesday 6-8 p.m. at Anderson Sons Mortuary, 49 E. 100 North, American Fork, and Wednesday at the church from 9:30-10:45 a.m. Interment, Alpine City Cemetery.
