Nina G. (Collier) Cox, 98, of Bedford, passed away at 9:51 p.m. on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at Indiana University Health Hospital, Bedford.

Born April 27, 1916, in South Boston, Indiana, she was the daughter of William A. and Martha Etta (Glass) Collier. She married Hubert Cox; and he preceded her in death. She was a graduate of Rodman High School. Nina retired from General Electric. She was a member of Englewood Baptist Church and enjoyed spending time with her friends at senior citizens of Lawrence County. She also loved her cat Baby.

Surviving are two daughters, Patricia Hackney, of Bedford, and Cathy (Jerry) Towle, of Bloomington; grandchildren Danielle Towle, New Albany, and Denisa (Shannon) Childers, Bedford; great-grandchildren, Jacey (Kamden) Sokeland, Evansville, and Abby Childers, Bedford.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Hubert; two sons, Arnold Enochs and Michael Keith Huff; one daughter, Sandra Cranfield; two granddaughters, Lisa Samples and Sherry Pridemore; six brothers, Ervin Collier, Floyd Collier, Dewey McPherson, Howard Collier, Bascom Collier, and Marvin Collier; three sisters, Minnie Rutheford, Allie Boling, and Nellie Brown.

Funeral service will be on Monday, February 9, 2015, at 3 p.m. at Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home, with Pastor David Ferry officiating. Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery. Friends may call on Monday from Noon till 3 p.m. at the funeral home.
