YOUNG A. FARMER
Greer, Feb 2 -- Young A. Farmer, 58, well-known resident of the Pleasant Grove community died this morning at 3 o'clock at his home after a period of declining health of the last eight years and a serious illness of one day.
He was the son of the late T.J. Farmer and Elizabeth Cox Farmer, and is survived by his wife, who is the former Miss Nannie Dill,together with four daughters, Misses Thelma, Effie Lee and Lucille Farmer, and Mrs. Carl Coggins all of Greer route 5. He left one son, Pvt Alfred Farmer of the United States army air corps in England. Also surviving are four brothers, one sister and two grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by the Wood mortuary in Greer.
