Rogers---Johnnie E. Wood, 84, of Rogers died Saturday morning, January 2, 1988, in a Temple hospital.
Services will be at 4 p.m. Monday in Sheffield Funeral Home Chapel in Rogers with Rev. Steve Cochran officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery in Temple.
Mr. Wood was born near Rogers, the son of P.W. and Mary Adams Wood. He attended schools at the Ratabor and Lost Prairie Schools. He was a lifelong resident of Bell County. He married Delphia Morgan in 1929 in Temple. He farmed in the Troy and Oenaville area all of his life.
Survivors are his wife, Delphia Wood of Rogers; and one sister, Lillie Roy of Oenaville.
The family will be a t the residence of Susie Larsen on Gulf Street in Rogers.
