Art Scroggins, 75, of Eldon, Missouri passed away Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Jefferson City, Missouri. He was born May 20, 1943 in Johnson City, Kansas the son of the late Albert Berry Scroggins and Deris Lorene (Crawshaw) Scroggins. On June 6, 1981 in Rock Island, Illinois he was united in marriage to Janeen (Thye) Scroggins who survives of the home.

Visitation will be Monday, September 10, 2018 from 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO with a Memorial Service beginning at 3:30 PM with Albert Hitchcock officiating. Private Family Burial will be held at a later date.
