Kathleen "Kathy" A. Lopez, 60, of Tucumcari, NM passed away at her home on Tuesday, September 4, 2018, following an illness.
Kathy was born in Clovis, NM to the home of Leo Lopez and Eva (Mares) Lopez on November 4, 1957.
She attended school in Clovis and later worked at a grain plant and in the potato fields. Later in life, Kathy cooked for the Singleton Ranch cowboys, and was known for her Spanish rice and tortillas. Being a long-time resident of both Tucumcari and Santa Rosa,
Kathy is preceded in death by her parents, husband; Alfred Aragon, brother; Freddy Lopez, sister-in-law; Joyce Lopez, mother-in-law; Connie Aragon and nephew; Benjamin Selgado.
She is survived by her
