PARKVIEW, Iowa - Georgia A. Lane, 62, of Parkview, died at her home Thursday, May 30, 2002. Services are 10:30 a.m., Monday at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home in Muscatine. The Rev. Brenda Goodall will officiate. Visitation is 2-4 p.m., Sunday, at the funeral home. A memorial has been established to the American Diabetes Foundation in her memory. Pallbearers are Keith Hammer II, Jeremy Hammer, Alex Hammer, Dan Wilkening, Dave Wilkening and Brian Wilkening. Music will be provided by Betty Lincoln. Burial will be in Muscatine Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Lane was born August 23, 1939, in Muscatine the daughter of George & Helen Blake Haller. She married Richard Lane on July 20, 1957, in San Pablo, Ca. She graduated from Muscatine High School in 1957. She enjoyed bowling and Nascars. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband Richard of Parkview, Iowa, two daughters Brenda Reynolds and her husband Herb of Newton, Iowa, Gerri March and her husband Raymond of Fairfax, Iowa. One son Jim Lane and his fiancee Kathy of Newton. Two granddaughters Katrina and Traci both of Newton and three grandsons Roman and Ramon both of Fairfax and Shawn of Brownwood Texas. One brother-in-law Clyde Wilkening and many nieces and nephews, all of Colorado. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister Gerri.
