Adrianne A. "Cookie" Clapps, 79, of Exeter, passed away Thursday, Sept. 6, 2018, at her home, with her family by her side.
Born in Pittston, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Mary Casciani Colarusso.
Adrianne was a member of St. Barbara Parish, Exeter, and was a graduate of Jenkins High School.
She had worked in the garment industry prior to her retirement and was a member of the International Ladies' Garment Workers Union.
Preceding her in death were her infant children, Anthony Joseph and Anthony Ernest, and a granddaughter, Courteney Krysten Clapps.
Surviving are her husband of 61 years, Anthony Clapps and children, MaryAnn Lombardo, Exeter; Robert and his wife, Chris Clapps, Nort Port, Fla.; and Rick and his wife, Krysten, Exeter; grandchildren, Lexie, Richard Jr., Felicia, Shawna and Kayla; brother, Joseph and his wife, Beverly Colarusso, Pittston; and sister, Diane and her husband, George, McAdara, Exeter.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial Mass at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday at St. Barbara Parish in St. Anthony of Padua Church, 224 Memorial St., Exeter.
Arrangements are in the care of Gubbiotti Funeral Home LLC, 1030 Wyoming Ave., Exeter.
Interment will be in St. Cecilia's Cemetery, Exeter.
