J.H. Bradley Dies; Rites Set at Lyndon.
J.Hizie BRADLEY, 74, Carbondale, died Tuesday at a Topeka hospital after a short illness.
He was born April 17, 1891 at Ronceverte, W.Va. He taught in Osage County rural schools about 10 years and was a saleseman several years. He lived at Quenemo many years before moving to Carbondale about two years ago. He was a retired farmer.
Survivors include two daughtes, Mrs. Dorothy FISHER, Kansas City, Kans., and Mrs. Betty WILLOUGHBY, Bellflower, Calif.; two sons, Thomas BRADLEY, Melvern, and James Bradley, Carbondale; a sister, Mrs. Verna Quintero, San Diego, Calif.; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Shaffer Mortuary at Lyndon with burial in Carbondale Cemetery.
