She is survived by one daughter, Yvonne Douglas of London; one son, Bill Douglas and wife Paula of London; four grandsons, Dusty Dunn and wife Miletta of Glasgow, Kentucky, Kenny Dunn and wife Teresa of Hazard, Kentucky, Paul Douglas and wife Melony of London and Scott Douglas and wife Amy of Fairfax, Virginia, 13 great grandchildren and a brother, Ralph Binkley of Midwest City, Oklahoma plus a host of nieces and nephews to mourn her passing.
She was a retail sales clerk in Hazard for over 35 years and retired as a manager of Dollar General Store in Williamsburg in 1988. She was a member of the Mt. Zion Church of Christ in London.
Vesta Marie Binkley Douglas departed this life on Saturday, September 1, 2018 being 95 years, 2 months, and 25 days of age. Jerry Brown will officiate the service; burial will follow in Cumberland Memorial Gardens in Lily.
