Theresa C. Wilmet was the daughter of Toussaint Wilmet and his wife Teresa Noel who came to Allouez, Brown Co., WI, from Namur, Belgium. She was married 27 Jan. 1902, Green Bay, Brown Co., WI, to Chester G. Witters, son of William Lubert Witters and Loa Luella Tayler.

Theresa and Chester lived in the Green Bay area where he worked for the Milwaukee Road Railway as an inspector of freight carloads. They moved to Channing, Dickinson Co., MI, where he continued to work for Milwaukee Road RR until he retired.
