James Milton's Aunt & Uncle Becker raised him, and were in the Ice business at the turn of the century in DC, and Milton stayed in that business until the time of his sudden death.
He worked at Uline Arena later known as Washington Coliseum where the Beatles played in their 1st American Concert.
