Donald passed away at a Topeka Hospital. He was the son of Harold and Geraldine Seal Rogers. He was raised in Topeka and graduated from Seaman high School. He served in U.S. Army. He worked for the U.S. Postal Service for many years before retiring. He was union Steward for the Postal Clerks Union while at the PO. Was member of the Kansas Ave United Methodist Church for over 50 years. Also member of North Topeka On the Move, North Topeka Historical Society, square dancers and round dancers. Funeral Services held at Davidson Funeral Home Intermet will be in Rochester Cemetary.
