Osborne C. Caudill, 92, of Crestline, died Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus.

Osborne was born in Rowan County, KY on April 30, 1926 to the late Willis C. and Flora (Smoot) Caudill. He married Myrtle Lou (Baker) Caudill on August 12, 1955 and she preceded him in death on August 31, 2013.

Osborne served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II. He obtained the Asiatic Pacific Campaign Medal and the World War II Victory Medal. He was then employed by General Motors as a press operator for twenty-six years. Osborne was a member of the Grand Lodge of Kentucky, Phelps Lodge #482 (Free and Accepted Masons).

Osborne is survived by his daughters; Carla D. Caudill, Crestline, Lisa and Bruce Workman, Crestline, his granddaughter, Mamie and James Cain, his great-granddaughters; Caroline Cole and Lauren Cole, his brother, Richard Caudill, Morehead, KY, his sisters, Anna Belle Kelley, Morehead, KY, and Jean Sorrell, Hillsboro, KY.

In addition to his wife, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Teddy Caudill, Franklin Caudill, and his sisters, Martha Caudill and Gail Williams.
