Born in Charleston WV, he was a son of Bonnie Brooks Hillard and the late Roger Mack Palmer. Roger was a self-employed welder and of the Lutheran faith. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Timothy Shannon Palmer and Lori Todd. Surviving in addition to his wife of the home and his mother of Greenwood; are his daughters, Crystal Duncan (Brandon) and Kaylee Palmer; a brother, Paul Hilton Palmer; two grandchildren, Kassidy Duncan, Cole Duncan; and a great-grandson Kaden Price.
