A native of Elwood, he was a farmer by trade attended the Christian Church.
Survivors include his wife Naomi Violet Swindell Webb; two sons Gene Arthur Webb of Richmond and Charles Raymond Webb of Alexandria; three sisters, Mrs. Paul Beach of Nashville, Mrs. Bertha Cotton of Elwood and Mrs. Milford Hunter of Pendleton; and four grandchildren and one stepgrandchild.
Services were held on May 6 at Copher and Fesler Funeral Home with the Rev. Donald Davidson officiating. Burial followed in Park View Cemetery.
