Survived by his wife, Mrs. Jane Adams O'Byrne; mother, Mrs. Mary Lee O'Byrne of Birmingham; four brothers, M. J. O'Byrne of Cincinnati, Ohio, T. J. and R. J. O'Byrne, both of Birmingham, T. F. O'Byrne of Green Bay, Wisc.; two sisters, Mrs. R. W. Carter and Mrs. M. A. Faherty, both of Birmingham; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at Johns-Ridout's West Chapel. Father Patrick Murphy officiating. Interment in Elmwood Cemetery. Rosary will be said Wednesday, 8 p.m.
