Obituary:
The Johnstown Accommodation killed a young man at Nineveh Station this morning. His name was Jacob Fry, and he was employed as a repair hand on the railroad. Stepping from one track up to the other to avoid a passing freight train, he was struck by the pilot of the Accommodation. He was piecked up bleeding and insensible, with life almost extinct. Dr. W.B. Lowman was telegraphed for, and he went down on Pacific Express at 10:39 o'clock, but found on his arrival at Nineveh that the young man had not rallied from the shock but had quietly passed away. The principal wound was on the head. The body was not mangled, having been thrown to one side of the road.
