Death at Gibson
Herbert O. Linder of Gibson died Tuesday of cancer of the stomach, aged 58 years. Funeral services were held at the Lowry chapel in this city yesterday afternoon, Rev. N. A. Eller of the Evangelical church conducting the service. Interment was in Mountain View. The pallbearers were Martin Opland, Willard Green, Riley Thompson, Clayton Skillman, S. W. Fanning, and Marion Gates. Deceased had been a resident of the Gibson country for about five years, coming here from the state of Washington. He leaves a widow and three children, Mrs. Hattie Wilson and Ruby and Herbert O. Linder, Jr.
