Surviving are three daughters, Miss Jane Stratford, St. Petersburg; Mrs. Thomas Kloos, Leesburg, Florida; Mrs. William B. Evoy, Haddon Heights, New Jersey; Three sons, Gilbert P. Stratford, Upper Darby, Pennsylvania; Theodore R. Stratford, Navato, California; and Thomas F. Stratford, Chicago, Illinois; Two sisters, Mrs. Neil Baldwin, Mount Union, Pennsylvania; and Mrs. Carl Tiffany, Erie, Pennsylvania; and a brother, John C. Appleby, Mount Union, Pennsylvania. Friends may call from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM on Friday at Wilhelm-Thurston Chapel, 145-8th St. N., where Funeral Services will be conducted 7:30 PM Friday, with the Rev. Richard T. Gillespie, officiating. Interment will be in Mount Union, Pennsylvania.
