Mrs. Martha A. Stratford, 85m id 706-4th Ave. N., passed away Wednesday, December 6, 1967. Born in Mount Union, Pennsylvania, Mrs. Stratford came here 25 years ago from Philadelphia, Pa. Surviving are three daughters, Miss Jane Stratford, St. Petersburg; Mrs. Thomas Kloos, Leesburg, Florida; Mrs. William B. Evoy, Haddon Heights, New Jersey; Three sons, Gilbert P. Stratford, Upper Darby, Pennsylvania; Theodore R. Stratford, Navato, California; and Thomas F. Stratford, Chicago, Illinois; Two sisters, Mrs. Neil Baldwin, Mount Union, Pennsylvania; and Mrs. Carl Tiffany, Erie, Pennsylvania; and a brother, John C. Appleby, Mount Union, Pennsylvania. Friends may call from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM on Friday at Wilhelm-Thurston Chapel, 145-8th St. N., where Funeral Services will be conducted 7:30 PM Friday, with the Rev. Richard T. Gillespie, officiating. Interment will be in Mount Union, Pennsylvania.
