COLLINS, FREDARECIA ANN "FREDDIE," 88, of Gulfport, died Friday (Nov. 10, 1995) at the Arbors at St. Petersburg.

She was born in Richmond, Ind., and came here in 1950 from Columbus, Ohio.

She was a graduate of Chicago School of Nursing and she retired as a practical nurse. She was a member of Pasadena Community Church and a life member of Eureka Chapter 5, OES.
