IN THE ORPHANS' COURT OF INDIANA COUNTY
In the Estate of James Fry, Late of East Wheatfield Twp., Dcd'd.
To the heirs of James Fry and all others interested: viz, Catherine Fry, Blairsville intersection, Penna.; the widow, and the following children and grandchildren, Mary Larned, intermarried with Edward Larned, of New Florence, Penna.; William Fry and Frank Fry, of Conemaugh, Penna.; Mrs. Etta Hamilton, who died before the death of James Fry, leaving the following children: James Hamilton, Geraldine Hamilton, Mildred Hamilton, Richard Hamilton and Dewey Hamilton, all minors under the age of 21 years of whom H.M. Lowry is guardian, all of said minors being in the Home of the Friendless in Allegheny City, Pa., except James Hamilton who resides with his grandmother at Blairsville Intersection; Mrs. Kate L. Topper, widow, Turtle Creek, Pa.; Charles G. Fry, a son who died before James Fry, leaving one child, Charlesetta Fry, a minor residing with her mother, Cora Fry, at Johnstown, Pa., and of whom the Court appointed H.M. Lowry guardian; Lulu Robinson and James Robinson, her husband, of Pitcairn, Penna.; Nannie Ressler and William Ressler, her husband, of Cramer, Pa., and James Fry, of East Wheatfield, township:
You are hereby notified that the Orphans' Court of Indiana county has awarded an inquest to make partition and valuation of certain real estate of the said James Fry, deceased, consisting of 34 acres of land in East Wheatfield township, Indiana county, Penna., adjoining lands of John Rodgers' heirs, Isaac Rodgers' heirs, William Rodgers, Thompson Cramer, David Wakefield and the Conemaugh River, and that said inquest will be held on the premises aforesaid on Wednesday, April 25, ‘06, at 1:00 o'clock p.m. when and where you may attend if you think proper.
