Caroline R. Newkirk, 44, a lifelong Rushville resident, passed away Friday, August 3, 2018 in Indianapolis. Caroline was born in Greenfield, IN, on June 18, 1974 to Ed Dickson and Becky (Darnell) Riley.
Caroline was a 1993 Rushville Consolidated High School graduate. She was married to William "Brad" Newkirk on August 17, 2013 and he survives. Caroline worked at PK USA for several years and was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Rushville. Caroline loved the outdoors and the sun shine. She enjoyed fishing, her flowers, motorcycles and her dog.
In addition to her husband, Brad, of Rushville, Caroline is survived by her parents: Becky (Larry) Riley of Osceola, IN and Ed Dickson (Jewell Keihn) of Rushville; a son, Damian Dixon of Shelbyville; two step-sons: Wyatt and Chris Newkirk both of Rushville; a step-daughter, Hannah Newkirk of Henry County; two sisters: Annie (Brett) Ratliff of Knightstown and Jackie Dixon of Rushville.
Services entrusted to Moster Mortuary.
Burial in Calvary Cemetery, Rushville.
