James (Jim) Warren Maddox, 60 years old, new resident of Indianapolis, IN - previously of Cathedral City, Palm Desert, and Orange County, CA, born in Huntington, NY, passed away in his home in the late evening of July 6th, 2018 and was pronounced deceased as of July 7th, 2018. He is survived by his 2 sons - Jonathan William Maddox, 35, and Joseph Wayne Maddox, 33, his only daughter - Jennifer Wendy Maddox, 30, all of Orange County, CA, his older brother, John William Maddox III, 61, of Long Island, NY, and his older sister, Wendy Jaye Marker, 63, of New Hampshire, his mother, Virginia Carole Sleipness aka Jini Lander and his wife, Carmen H. Maddox, 63, of Indianapolis, IN. He is predeceased by his father, John William Maddox, Jr., 49, of Centerport, NY. Jim's internment was held at Arlington National Cemetery in Washington, D.C. on October 12, 2018 at 1:00 PM, where his life was celebrated by closest family and friends. I don't believe he realizes how bad he's missed...
