Mr. Lee came to Oklahoma in early youth, and homesteaded near Pawhuska, later making two land runs in Oklahoma territory. He had been a resident of Wilburton since 1900, until his removal about eight years ago to Heavener.
Survivors include his wife and a step-daughter.
A separate notice from the newspaper shows that the funeral services were held Friday, June 28, 1940 at the Presbyterian Church in Wilburton, Okla.
