Obediah O. Ayers (father of Jesse F. Ayers) died without a will before
7 July 1856. Copies of the Franklin Co. Probate Court document dated 7 July 1856 stating that Obediah died Intestate. His son, Asa H. (ca 1829) was named as executor of his estate. No children a renamed in this document.
