Allan J. Kristel, 67, was the son of the late Joseph I. and Marie O'ConnorKristel. Allan served his country in the United States Army Airborne Division. After his service he went on to work for Nicholas' Restaurant in Schenectady and also for Bellevue Builders. He later went on to work for Schenectady International as a belt operator until his retirement in 2002. Allan enjoyed golfing, traveling, gardening, watching sporting events with his son, and spending time with his grandchildren.
He is predeceased by his brother, Kenneth Kristel . Allan is survived by his wife of 44 years; two children; five grandchildren; three brothers; and many other relatives and friends.
