June Russell Luna, 72, of Louisville, passed away at Kindred Hospital, Sunday, March 16, 2003.
She was a retired production worker for General Electric, where she worked for 26 years, and a former production worker for Philip Morris USA. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Bright Star Chapter.
She was the loving mother of two sons, Larry and Roy Franklin Luna Jr.; daughter, Kimberly Davis; sister, Jewell Rhea; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and one great-great-grandchild.
Her funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Arch L. Heady-Okolona, with burial in Bethany Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1-8 p.m. Wednesday. Expressions of sympathy may go to Hospice and Palliative Care of Louisville.
