"MRS. ARNOLD GAST
Mrs. Arnold Gast, 40, 1325 W. Sumner street, died at 7:30 this morning after an illness of one year. She was born in the town of Lawrence, Brown county, March 16, 1907, and had lived in Appleton for the last 17 years.
She is survived by her husband; six daughters, Marion, Shirley, Jean, Joan, Carol and Donna, all at home; three sons, Donald, Ralph and Alvin, at home; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Gustave Erdman, Wrightstown; nine brothers, Henry Erdman, DePere, Edward Erdman, Little Rapids, and Lawrence, Norbert, Melvin, Clarence, Sherman, Emmet and Robert Erdman, all of the town of Lawrence; five sisters, Mrs. William Maas, Black Creek, Mrs. Charles Howard, Hilbert, Mrs. Melvin Schmidt, West DePere, and Mrs. Arthur Brasch and Miss Marie Erdman, Appleton; and a grandparent, Mrs. Ferdinand Kersten, Wrightstown.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Saturday morning at Zion Lutheran church with the Rev. W. H. Gammelin in charge and burial will be in Highland Memorial park. Friends may call at the Wichmann Funeral home after 7 o'clock Thursday night until 10 o'clock Saturday morning and then at the church."
