Jesseca was born Oct. 5, 1967, in Laverne, Oklahoma, the daughter of Ted and Susan Devore Black. She married Rick Sage on Sept. 21, 1996, in Laverne.
She worked for the Ashland Post Office as a sales associate.
Jesseca loved Christmas — she was known as the Christmas Queen — and flowers. Most of all, she loved her daughter and husband.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister
