On Saturday afternoon, March 12, 2016, our much loved, Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Sister, Sister-in-law, and friend, Wilma Lindemulder, breathed her last breath and passed on into eternity to meet her Heavenly Father.

She was born Dec. 18, 1925, to Weke and Klaus Dykema and was the third of four children. She was grateful for two happy marriages. First, to William Alberda, with whom they were blessed with five children; Carolyn, Bill, Barbara, Keith, and Shirlee. Wilma loved to cook and bake for her family. William passed away at age 59 of cancer. She then married Herman Lindemulder, whom she loved to travel with. Herman passed away at age 93 in 2010.

Wilma strived to serve her Lord and loved to spend time with her family and friends. She was very happy living her final years at the Churchill Retirement Home. They provided plenty of activities to keep her busy and happy such as weekly Bible Studies with Pastor Jack, Wii bowling, bingo, and movie nights. Our family would like to thank her caregivers, staff, and friends that she so enjoyed.

Wilma is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Coon (Dan Coon - Deceased); son, Bill (Joan) Alberda; daughter, Barbara VanEgmond; son, Keith (Anna Lynn) Alberda; daughter, Shirlee (Lee) Van Dyke. She leaves behind thirteen grandchildren, Heather Postlewait; Curtiss (LeeAnna) Alberda, Elizabeth (Brandon) Flikkema; Clint, Alicia and Alex (Deceased) VanEgmond, Danielle (Bryan) Kott; Lauralee and Christine Alberda, Whitney (Tyler) DeVries; Brittnee, Jaynee, and Lindsee Van Dyke; and eight great-grandchildren, Grayson and Fletcher Postlewait, Mark Alberda, Payton and Rylee Flikkema, Paisley VanEgmond, and Quinten and Makynlee Kott. Wilma had two step-children; Diane Sinnema (Jeremy Sinnema [Deceased], Shane and Erin Sinnema, Ella and Vivian Sinnema); Dean (Marilyn) Lindemulder (Jason Lindemulder, Hailey, Alexis and Chloe Lindemulder, Christopher Lindemulder). She is also survived by her brother, Donald (Anne) Dykema; her sisters-in-law, Ann Dykema, Ellen Alberda, and Nelle (Jake) Cok.

She was predeceased by husband, William C. Alberda; husband, Herman Lindemulder; her infant sons, William Karl and Karl Dean; brother, Jake Dykema; and sister, Elsie (James) DeJong.

Our hearts are broken, yet so joyful in knowing that Jesus has wiped away every tear from her eyes. We know that she has been reunited with the loved ones that passed on into eternity before her and that she is dancing on the streets of gold. She will never be forgotten and will be dearly missed.

A Memorial Service will be held at Bethel Christian Reformed Church on Friday, March 18 at 11 a.m. following the Burial Service at 10 a.m. which will be held at the Hills Cemetery. Memorials in her name may be made to Churchill Retirement Home, 6151 Shady Rest St, Manhattan MT, 59741.
