Debra was a loving grandmother who spent much of her free time caring for her grandchildren, Cali and Tommy. She was looking forward to helping care for her future grandson, Daniel. Debra also enjoyed spending her remaining free time fishing and watching Cardinal Baseball and looked forward to sharing these passions with her grandchildren.
Debra and Thomas E. Ferguson were united in marriage at the Greenville First Presbyterian Church on March 11, 1978 and enjoyed just 15 years together before his death on August 13, 1993. Debra was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
Debra is survived by their four children: Joni (James Meissen) Ferguson of Champaign, Lisa C. Ferguson of Urbana, Emily (D.J. Roberts) Ferguson-Roberts of Woodstock, GA, Jessica (Rodger) Lovsey of Vandalia, grandchildren Cali Lovsey, Thomas Meissen, Daniel Meissen, Jonah Roberts, sister Kathryn (Melvin) Noll, of Marine, IL and brother Daniel (Janice) Christian, of Steedman, MO.
