-------

Denard was a quiet person but when he did want to say something he said it with truth and meaning.

He spent most of his days with his two favorite ladies, his wife Glenda and his dog Mittie.

He loved fishing with Glenda and his great grandchildren and if it was a rainy day and he couldn’t go fishing he would often take Sawyer out in the backyard to a puddle of water and they would pretend they were fishing. He had a huge heart and no matter who it was, he was always only a phone call away and he would come.

His other loves were squirrel hunting and watching football. Often times he and his brother Travis would go and take Mittie with them and instead of her treeing squirrels they would wind up sitting on a log somewhere and he would feed Mittie a can of vienna sausage for a snack.

For years they had a family squirrel hunt with all of his nephews. Football season was a time in his life that he was not quiet. He would cheer on whatever team might be playing, and his favorite player of all time was Peyton Manning, he didn’t follow a team he followed the player.

Denard loved all people, even if he didn’t agree with certain things, he told you how he felt but he still found a way to help you. He was a gentle giant.

---------
He is preceded in death by

His father Denard E. Greene and his Mother Erma L. Greene and

one stepson Brent Doster.

------------
