Feb. 17, 1940 - July 3, 2011 OKLAHOMA CITY Evelyn Wynell Dies, 71, died July 3, 2011 in Oklahoma City. She was born Feb. 17, 1940 in Lone Wolf, OK, the daughter of Winton Payron and Bertha Mae Rogers Foster. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, brother Tommy Foster, and husband Andrew Dies. Survivors include four sons: Lonnie of OKC, Lee of Choctaw, Billey of OKC, and Marshall of Chaparral, NM; adoptive mother Grace Jose of Woodward, OK; brother James Foster of Dibble, OK; 10 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
